In the event of a cancellation, the following charges shall apply:

• A 10% cancellation fee of the total booking value shall be charged for any cancellation made prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• A 20% cancellation fee of the total booking value shall be charged for any cancellation made on the scheduled check-in date.

These charges are applicable to cover the administrative, reservation, and operational commitments already incurred in relation to the booking, including the temporary blocking of dates, preparation for guest occupancy, and other related service arrangements.

By confirming the reservation, the guest acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the above cancellation policy, and accepts that the applicable cancellation fee shall be deducted or charged based on the timing of the cancellation.
